I was pleasantly surprised by the 4-inch square size—it's large enough for a big coffee mug without looking clunky on my desk. The hardboard surface has held up well against a few hot cups already, no warping.

The cork backing grips my table so well that glasses don't slide around at all, and the hardboard surface wipes clean with barely a smear. Each square is large enough for a full water glass without feeling oversized. Exactly what I wanted.

These coasters are the perfect size for my morning coffee mug, and the hardboard surface wipes clean in a second. The 100mm square is roomier than I expected, which is a nice bonus.
